Return Process

  Log into your JENSEN account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
